How long is the Run Toto Run Kid's Race?
1/4 mile for 2-4 yo; 1/2 5-8; 1 mile 9-12 yo.
What if I have a discount code for registration?
Click on the registration button on Eventbrite. Before selecting our distance look for the blue letters that say Enter Promotional Code. Click on this and proceed.
How do I register a relay?
Only one person needs to register online for the relay. That person will pay the relay entry fee at that time. We will collect the other team member names at the Expo/packet pick up.
Do you offer refunds or bib transfers?
There are NO refunds once you register. However you can transfer your entry to another participant up to three weeks prior to the event. Contact us for instructions.
When and where do I get my race packet?
Packet pick up will be the day before the race. Your swag, race bib and lots of seminars will all be happening at our expo. Take a look at our https://www.onwardshay.com/plan-your-race/ page for the full details.
Where is my timing chip?
Timing chips are affixed to the back of your race bib. This is already done for you.
Can I wear headphones?
Yes, you can wear headphones, however, you must be able to hear all athlete instructions from course marshals, fellow athletes and remain courteous to other runners.
Do you allow strollers?
Yes, we encourage moms and dads to run with their strollers.
Is there an age limit for runners?
No, we encourage runners of all ages to participate as long as they can complete the course within the specified time limit for each event.
Can my dog run with me?
No, due to the congestion on the course we do not allow dogs to participate in this event.
What is available at the aid stations?
Typically we have water and energy bars available at all aid stations. On half and full marathons we also provide a selection of snacks on the last half of each course, as well as gatorade at each station!
Where do I park?
We have ample parking adjacent to the start finish line on River Street. We also provide free bike valet if you choose to ride you bike to the race.
